At StyleLane, we strive to begin processing your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided production or dispatch has not begun.

• Cancellations requested after 12 hours will not be accepted, as materials may have already been procured or tailoring initiated.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@style-lane.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• Once approved, your cancellation will be confirmed via email, and any refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

Please note, the following orders cannot be cancelled:

• Custom-made / made-to-order pieces

• Sale items

• Orders already dispatched

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of product or payment issues. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
