RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At StyleLane, each garment and accessory is crafted with care and intention to ensure you look and feel your best. Please read our policy carefully to understand our guidelines on returns, exchanges, and refunds.


RETURNS

StyleLane does not assume title or responsibility for returned items until they are physically received by our team.

Please note: Returns are not applicable unless the item received is defective (e.g. torn, damaged on arrival, etc.).

In case of a genuine quality issue on a custom-made item (non-sale), at our sole discretion, we may offer a store credit if the product meets our terms and conditions.

Note:
All sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products that are damaged, worn, or soiled may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Returns or exchanges are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email at hello@style-lane.com, along with clear photographs of the defect/damage.

  • You may also contact us via WhatsApp or phone during business hours, but email communication is mandatory to initiate the return.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered, unless covered under a specific product warranty.

  • Color variation or size exchange requests are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Custom Orders:

  • All custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • However, in case of a size alteration, we can accommodate your request at an additional cost. All shipping charges for the same must be borne by the customer.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Returns must be authorized by StyleLane before being sent back. Unsolicited or unauthorised returns will not be accepted and must be picked up by the customer.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. First, recheck your bank account or payment method.

  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
