At NS House Of Fashion (StyleLane Official (“StyleLane”)), we craft each piece with care, and your order is important to us. Please take a moment to review our shipping and delivery process.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINE
Domestic Orders (India):
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination and item availability.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
These may take 10–15 business days or longer to dispatch. Timelines will be shared over email or WhatsApp after the order is confirmed.
SHIPPING METHOD & PARTNERS
We ship all orders via Bluedart, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We currently offer flat-rate shipping across India. Specific rates will be displayed at checkout.
(Free shipping thresholds may be introduced in the future.)
PAYMENT TERMS
We follow a partial payment model for orders:
Advance payment is collected online at the time of order placement.
The balance amount is collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon final delivery.
Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel and settle the remaining amount on arrival.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
DELIVERY ISSUES OR ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. StyleLane will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
In the case of a missed or failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS
